We met in a romantic quiet street... you may have heard of it... shibuya crossing.

Our journey started in Tokyo, November 28th of 2017, where I was studying for two years at Japan Women’s University. Kenny was on a graduation trip to Tokyo with one of his best friends.

We met at a bar and spent the next 72 hours together until he had to fly back home to Texas, and the rest is history.

We then spent the next 18 months flying back and forth to each other, like when he flew back in April of 2018 and we took the picture above at Tokyo Disneyland.

Although when I moved back to the States in August, 2018 to complete my last year at the University of Oregon and the flights back & forth were easier, we both agreed in June of 2019 when I moved to Texas that we would NEVER do long distance ever again.

Since then, we moved from Fort Worth to Dallas in 2021, bought our house in 2023, and are now excited to start this chapter of our lives as a married couple!
