Travel
Both the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) and Dallas Lovefield (DAL) are about 45 minutes from the venue. Although hotels in McKinney will be more cost effective, if you are looking to enjoy all of what DFW has to offer, we recommend staying closer to Dallas proper.
Accommodations
Currently we have no room blocks for hotels. Please RSVP indicating that you would prefer to stay with other attendees and we will look into a room block!

This hotel is in Downtown McKinney, recommended for those who plan on staying a day or two more to enjoy DFW!
Warwick Melrose - Dallas
If you would like to stay in the heart of Dallas, we recommend staying here! Some out of town family members are already staying here for the weekend, so please reach out if you will also be. We can coordinate on transportation to the venue!
